Returns

JMKRIDE will replace any faulty material or mechanical issue with our products that was present upon arrival or occurred within 30 days of typical “wear-and-tear” use of the product.* We will also facilitate the return of any accidental or unintentional purchases if the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We assemble every set here in San Diego.  Extensive quality checks are performed before shipping. 

We strongly encourage you to commit to the decision to learn prior to purchase. We can not allow returns for reasons involving difficulties of users in learning to ride. Our website and our product descriptions do warn that freeskating has a significant learning curve, and we do our best to help our users overcome that challenge. Please visit jmkride.com/learn to view all tutorials and online resources on learning to ride.

JMKRIDE has invested and continues to invest in online resources for our users to learn to ride, e.g. YouTube video tutorials. We also offer several avenues for skater support including our Facebook group “USA Freeskaters” and any of our social media or contact inboxes including ussales@jmkride.com.

*"Bargain bin" products are sold as is and are unfortunately not covered by our return or exchange policies.

Exchanges

We will replace defective items within 30 days of normal use after the purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ussales@jmkride.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
